Once you register for an account, you'll receive an email with a unique link. Click it to access your personalized application portal and guide, where you can complete the registration process.

Once you apply, just one final step remains: securing your spot by paying the application fee. Click the "Pay Now" button to finalize your application.

 

Important Note: Your unique link is active for 48 hours only. To ensure a smooth registration process, please open it within this timeframe. If the link expires, you'll need to start the process again.

To help expedite the admission process the following digital copies can be uploaded. Berean will request records from a previous school after the application is complete. All of these items, except reference letters, will likely be sent from the previous school. 

 

• Birth Certificate-- a copy of the student's official birth certificate, not the hospital-issued "mother copy"

• Immunization Certificate--official State of TN Department of Health, dated within six months.

• Report Cards/Transcript--last two years

• Standardized Testing

• Disciplinary Record

• Two Letters Required: Please submit two reference letters: one from an academic source (teacher, counselor, etc.) and one from a character reference (coach, mentor, etc.). Both should be non-family members.
