The purpose of our theatre program is to glorify God through excellence and integrity in the theatrical arts while providing a practical and safe outlet for students to affirm their beliefs towards the Christian’s role in entertainment.

Since 2016, Berean has produced full Broadway musical productions. We have offered a full length musical option for both day school and ISP/Homeschool middle/high school students.

Our high school theatre classes have produced musicals such as The Sound of Music, Little Women, and Newsies!

Our middle school theatre classes has produced shows such as The Lion, the Witch, and the Wardrobe, and The Mouse That Roared.

For elementary, we produce a 5th grade musical. In the past we've done Into the Woods, Junie B Jones, and Peter Pan Jr.

AUDITION INFORMATION

HIGH SCHOOL theatre

Berean offers opportunities for high school students to participate in plays and musicals each year. The high school play holds after school rehearsals and is open to 9-12th grade students in the day school and ISP/Homeschool.

AUDITION INFORMATION

MIDDLE SCHOOL theatre

We offer plays and musicals for middle school, usually alternating each year. This production holds rehearsals during 7th period each day for fall or spring semester.

6th thru 8th graders in day school and ISP/Homeschool are eligible to audition.
