Berean Christian School is seeking an experienced and visionary Upper Campus Principal to lead the academic and administrative functions for our 6th–12th grade students for the 2025-2026 school year. The principal will oversee all aspects of middle and high school education, including curriculum implementation, faculty management, student achievement, and community engagement while ensuring alignment with the school’s Christian mission and values. This leadership position offers the opportunity to shape the educational experience for our students and work closely with teachers, staff, and families to provide a Christ-centered learning environment.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (required).

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in educational leadership, including at least 2 years in a principal or assistant principal role.

• Strong understanding of middle and high school education, with a track record of success in leading academic programs.

• Proven experience in staff supervision, professional development, and faculty evaluation.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of students, parents, staff, and community members.

• Experience with student discipline, behavior management, and fostering a positive school climate.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
