Substitute Teacher
A substitute teacher provides temporary classroom instruction in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a structured, engaging, and supportive learning environment. They follow lesson plans, manage classroom dynamics, and maintain student safety while fostering a positive educational experience.
Responsibilities:

Effectively manage the classroom to encourage student participation, minimize distractions, and uphold a positive learning environment.

Implement lesson plans and objectives as outlined by the regular teacher.

Maintain a clean, organized, and orderly classroom setting.

Take and document student attendance accurately.

Supervise students in various settings, including the classroom, hallways, and cafeteria, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Become familiar with school emergency protocols, such as fire drill and lockdown

Adhere to all school policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

High school diploma or equivalent.
